Cervix Before Menstruation

Olio di pesce efficace contro la dismenorrea

During this clinical trial were to evaluate the effects of supplementation with omega-3 from fish oil (Clupeonella Grimm) on symptoms of dysmenorrhea. This was a study clinical cross-over that involved 36 girls aged between 18 and 22 years. The girls were randomly assigned to one of the groups (each of 18 people) who received 15 ml of fish oil per day (550 mg and 205 mg of acid eicosapentaeonico docosaesaeoinico acid) or placebo.
After three months treatment regimens have been exchanged between the two groups (those who took active oil took placebo, and vice versa). The symptomatology was assessed by visual analogue scale. Evaluation at 3 months showed that the active treatment groups (supplemented with fish oil) showed significantly lower scores [20.9 to 61.8 for placebo (p = 0.001)] on symptoms of dysmenorrhea. Among women has also been a marked reduction of low back pain and abdominal pain (p \u0026lt;0.05). Finally, in the early stages of fish oil supplementation, the study participants needed significantly fewer treatment with ibuprofen. Research conducted by
